Job summary

AWS ProServe seeks a Principal to be the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team. You will translate Amazon's commerce and advertising capabilities into solutions for enterprise customers globally, shaping repeatable offerings across industries and geographies.

You will lead cross-BU pursuits, partner with Amazon Ads, Retail, and DSP teams, and craft scalable delivery and integration assets while guiding complex, multinational engagements

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a technical specialist in customer-facing roles.
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments.
• Ability to connect advertising and marketing tech to business outcomes.
• Leadership of cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising and align experts from qualification to close.
• Bridge ProServe to Amazon Ads, Retail, and DSP ensuring visibility of delivery capabilities.
• Support deal structure with regional advocates to ensure clear customer value and feasible delivery.
• Create reusable integration assets and solution accelerators to deploy in weeks what took months.
• Engage partners to confirm delivery capacity and expand reach of commerce/advertising solutions.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and Amazon business units with judgment.
