Job summary

West Central Area School District is seeking a MARSS Coordinator/State Reporter for the 2026-2027 school year. This 12-month role provides high-level administrative support to the Principal, supervises secretarial staff, and manages the district's Student Information System (SIS).

This position oversees all state-mandated reporting (MARSS, Ed-Fi, MCCC, CARL Perkins, STAR) to ensure data fidelity and accurate funding reimbursement for the district.

Qualifications

• Experience in school administration, registrar duties, or data compliance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Student Information Systems (JMC is a major plus) and state reporting platforms (MARSS, Ed-Fi).
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and data privacy compliance (FERPA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee MARSS and state reporting for the district (MARSS, Ed-Fi, MCCC, CARL Perkins, STAR).
• Manage the Student Information System (SIS) and ensure data fidelity and accurate funding reimbursement.
• Coordinate with Principal and secretarial staff; supervise records retention and privacy compliance.
