Job summary

Marriott Lancaster Hotel – Safety & Security Supervisor at Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking an experienced security professional to lead the hotel’s security team in Lancaster, PA. You will ensure safety protocols are followed, coordinate emergency responses, and protect guests and associates.

This role emphasizes team leadership, training on security procedures, and daily operations oversight to maintain a safe guest experience in a vibrant hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a safety and security role, hotel or similar setting.
• Experience supervising or leading a team preferred.
• Knowledge of local laws and ordinances.
• Certificate of Completion in Safety and Security Training and/or State Security License with background checks.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certifications from recognized providers.
• AHLA Certified Lodging Security Supervisor within 60 days of hire.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a safety and security role, preferably within a hotel or similar setting.
• Experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Knowledge of local laws and ordinances.
• Certificate of Completion in Safety and Security Training and/or State Security License, including applicable background checks, per State requirements.
• CPR, First Aid and AED Certification from American Heart Association, Red Cross or HSI.
• AHLA Certified Lodging Security Supervisor certification completed within 60 days of hire.
