Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a dedicated team, ensure flawless daily operations, and step in for the Housekeeping Manager when needed.

You will drive cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction through hands-on training and proactive supervision in a vibrant Dana Point setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity checks.

From fresh linens to flawless rooms, you set the standard for clean, comfortable, and welcoming—and inspire your team to do the same. KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision —inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.
• Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.
• Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files—all while keeping safety top of mind.
• Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. You’re the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
