Job summary

Midland-Marvel in Charleston, South Carolina is seeking a Director of Freestanding Emergency Services to oversee a growing network of Freestanding Emergency Departments within a large hospital system. This market-level leadership role requires coordinating across multiple facilities and guiding clinical and operational performance.

The Director will work with two hospital executive teams, support three managers, and drive standardization, quality, and patient experience across four to seven FSED

Qualifications

• Strong nursing leadership experience in Emergency Services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and engage nursing teams.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership across multiple Freestanding Emergency Departments.
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality emergency care and an exceptional patient experience.
