LS Power, a leading North American power and energy infrastructure company, seeks a Manager to advance wholesale electricity market policy across North America. You will translate complex regulatory developments into actionable business insights, inform investment decisions and commercial strategy, and engage regulators, RTOs, and industry participants.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Advanced degree in economics, public policy, engineering, or law is preferred.
• Experience engaging with RTO/ISO stakeholder processes and FERC proceedings is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with financial modeling/quantitative analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Monitor regulatory proposals and rule changes, translating them into clear assessments of commercial and investment implications.
• Advise development, asset management, and trading teams on regulatory developments that impact portfolio strategy and asset performance.
• Prepare internal briefings and materials for senior leadership linking policy developments to business strategy.
• Represent LS Power in stakeholder processes, build relationships with RTOs, regulators, and industry participants.
• Develop frameworks to assess how market rule changes impact asset economics, competitive positioning, and future investment opportunities.
• Coordinate with external consultants and industry partners, integrating their insights into LS Power’s regulatory and commercial strategy.

• Monitor and actively participate in stakeholder proceedings across RTOs/ISOs, including PJM, MISO, SPP, NYISO, ISO-NE, CAISO, and ERCOT.
