Job summary

You will guide complex projects, shape the research agenda, and communicate policy recommendations to policymakers, industry, and researchers.

The role requires managing cross-cutting analysis, collaborating with external partners, and presenting findings to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in energy and climate policy analysis or related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills for technical and policy audiences.
• Experience leading diverse, complex research and policy projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex research and quantitative analysis on electricity policy, market design, and regulation.
• Shape the team’s research agenda and identify high-impact policy opportunities.
• Lead large research projects from scoping to publication as an internal SME.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable policy recommendations for various stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination with partners.
