Job summary

Bank of America in the United States seeks a role focused on US OTC, Repo, and TBA Margin Management. You will support day-to-day margin calls, oversee settlements, and coordinate with Audit/Regulatory matters while driving efficiency and accuracy across operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in fixed income/derivatives markets, solid experience with ISDA documentation, data mining, and strong Excel/Tableau skills to deliver timely risk insights and improved processes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Financial markets across Fixed Income and Derivative products.
• 2–5 years in Financial markets documentation (ISDA CSA, GMRA, MRA).
• 2–5 years in data mining and analysis; proficient in Tableau and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously under pressure and juggle tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support margin call issuance and cash/settlement workflows.
• Handle client inquiries and operating issues, escalate when needed.
• Manage internal communications with Operations, Risk and Business partners.
• Provide updates on risk metrics to senior management monthly.
• Assist with exception management and systems reconciliation.
