Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or quantitative discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• 15+ years of leadership in financial services technology.
• Experience leading large-scale Markets IT, Risk, Data, or Front Office tech orgs.
• Deep knowledge of fixed income, FX, equities, derivatives, financing, securities lending, and related market infra.
• Experience with cloud technologies, data analytics, and regulatory reporting.
• Proven success managing portfolios of proprietary apps and vendor platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the target architecture for markets risk platforms.
• Lead evolution of enterprise data platforms for front-office, risk, regulatory use cases.
• Drive adoption of modern data architecture, cloud-native tech, real-time analytics, and AI-enabled decision support.
• Establish data governance, lineage, quality, metadata management, and controls.
• Deliver scalable risk intelligence across asset classes.
• Drive modernization and architecture simplification across Markets tech estate.
