Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Newark, DE is seeking a Team Lead (Associate) in the Markets Asset Servicing Team to coordinate day-to-day processing of dividends, coupons, and corporate actions, and to support junior team members.

You will expand leadership responsibilities, collaborate with front and middle offices, and help maintain risk controls while delivering accurate reporting and timely settlements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of the transaction/trade lifecycle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Must obtain Series 99 within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily processing of dividends, coupons, and corporate actions for assigned markets and securities.
• Serve as a point of contact for junior team members and provide guidance on tasks.
• Escalate complex issues to management and help resolve challenges.
• Ensure regulatory reporting accuracy and daily controls.
• Assist in producing operational metrics and reports for management.
• Support cash and stock break management and resolve discrepancies.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and efficiency gains.
• Liaise with Front/Middle Offices, Global Custodians, depositories, and market counterparties.
