Job summary

ServiceChannel, a Fortive portfolio company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Marketplaces team in the United States. You will serve as the external face of the program for strategic accounts, driving initiatives from initiation through delivery, and partnering with Sales, Implementation, and Operations to align deliverables with expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with shifting priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent professionalism, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply project management best practices across the Marketplaces program.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Facility Services, Strategic Sourcing, Provider Development and Operations.
• Collect and analyze customer data to enable successful program execution.
• Identify contractual or operational nuances to support compliance and configuration processes.
• Review data and recommend provider, system, or trade optimization strategies.
• Lead meetings with customers and implementations, capturing insights to source best-fit providers.
• Maintain accurate project tracking, databases, and reports to monitor milestones and outcomes.
• Track customer health, status, and progress toward team objectives.
• Synthesize client insights for internal alignment and present data-backed recommendations.
