Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketplace & Partnerships to lead its partner ecosystem across marketplace and partnership programs. This remote role in the United States reports to the Head of Marketing and collaborates with the Head of Community to align partner strategy with marketplace growth.

You will own the growth engine end-to-end, sourcing, evaluating, onboarding, and launching partners across application, integration, and solution categories.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in marketplace partnerships or related fields.
• Experience coordinating with product, engineering and go-to-market teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with credibility on APIs and integrations.
• Proven track record closing partnership or platform agreements.
• Healthcare or health-tech experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit strategic marketplace partners.
• Build and maintain a prioritized list of prospective partners.
• Conduct outbound outreach to decision-makers.
• Lead negotiations and close partner agreements.
• Define launch-readiness criteria and lead onboarding and launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness across Product, Support, Marketing, and GTM.
