Job summary

RMS International in North Andover, MA, seeks an E-Commerce Specialist to manage marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart. You will optimize product listings, pricing, and content while driving revenue, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams in a fast-paced digital environment.

You will own catalog management, performance tracking, and cross-channel campaigns, with a focus on growth opportunities and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing seller or vendor accounts on Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, TikTok Shop, or similar online marketplaces.
• Experience with marketplace advertising platforms (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent organizational and multi-project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Comfortable participating in cross-functional meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings, content, and pricing across major marketplaces.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide reporting and insights.
• Coordinate product launches, content creation, and promotional planning.
• Ensure accurate catalog management, imagery, descriptions, and inventory feeds.
• Track policy changes, algorithm updates, and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with Sales to align e-commerce with retail plans.
• Partner with Marketing on digital assets and social commerce (TikTok).
• Track and reconcile e-commerce orders, chargebacks, and fulfillment.
• Identify growth opportunities through new channels and advertising strategies.
• Support customer communication and issue resolution for online orders.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for leadership.
