Job summary

Integra Beauty Inc seeks a Marketplace Manager to drive day-to-day operations across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Macy’s, and Shop App. You will coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure on-brand execution, catalog accuracy, and peak shop health while optimizing pricing and inventory.

You will monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities, and support international marketplace expansion with a data-driven approach. Prior experience in beauty/CPG is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central and TikTok Shop or similar platform.
• Experience with Shopify.
• Strong skills in tracking and reporting key e-commerce metrics (GMV, CVR, AOV, ROAS).
• Ability to apply insights to merchandising and promotional strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day marketplace management for Integra Beauty brands across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Macy's, Shop App, and more.
• Liaise between Integra Beauty, agencies, retailers, and internal teams.
• Ensure catalog is listed and buyable; troubleshoot IT issues.
• Monitor shop health, inventory syncs, and customer service; optimize fulfillment and CX.
• Collaborate on merchandising, promotions, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Track KPIs (GMV, CVR, AOV, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate international marketplace expansions.
