Job summary

Integra Beauty in the United States is seeking a Marketplace Manager to drive day-to-day execution and optimization across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Macy's, and more. You will liaise with our agency, retailers, and internal teams to ensure timely, brand-consistent initiatives.

You will monitor shop health, inventory availability, customer service, pricing, GMV, and ROI, and you will test new opportunities to accelerate sales growth on each channel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce with direct operational experience.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central and TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platform.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key e-commerce performance metrics (GMV, CVR, AOV, ROAS).
• Ability to perform analysis and apply insights to merchandising and promotional strategies.
• Demonstrated experience managing retailer and/or external agency partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management and coordination of marketplace activities across platforms (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Macy's, Shop App, etc.).
• Act as liaison between Integra Beauty, external agencies, retailers, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Ensure full catalog is listed and buyable; troubleshoot issues with IT in real time.
• Ensure Shop Health scores stay optimal with CX and Operations to ensure on-time fulfillment and resolved customer service issues.
• Manage merchandising and promotional activities in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
• Monitor inventory and inventory syncs daily; communicate risks to relevant parties.
• Track KPIs (GMV, CVR, AOV, ROAS) and support reporting on results.
• Monitor competitive insights and share findings with Marketing, Education, and PD.
• Monitor customer reviews and sentiments and share findings with Marketing, Education and PD.
• Execute setup of marketplace expansion domestically and internationally.
