Job summary

Staples is seeking a Senior Manager Marketplace to drive Amazon Marketplace growth and profitability. You will analyze financials, shape strategies across assortment, pricing, and channel migration, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

You will build models, dashboards, and reports; translate data into actionable guidance for senior leaders; mentor teammates and lead complex initiatives with accountability and urgency.

• Drive marketplace financial and operating performance through revenue, margin, EBITDA and other drivers.
• Develop and execute growth strategies across assortment, pricing, promotions, and channel migration.
• Build financial models, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders across teams.
• Evaluate fulfillment channels and optimize inventory and fulfillment performance.
• Mentor teammates and provide guidance on initiatives.
