Job summary

JEGS Performance in Delaware, OH seeks a Senior Marketplace Manager to own Amazon, eBay and Walmart channels, driving revenue, margin and assortment decisions. You will balance pricing, promotions and advertising while ensuring listing quality and data integrity.

You will work with Category Management to define channel strategy and sync with IT and content teams on feeds and integrations, building scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in third party marketplace, owning revenue and margin outcomes; Amazon Seller Central required.
• Hands-on comfort with marketplace back ends and diagnosing feed/listing errors.
• Experience with marketplace integration or feed management platforms (Rithum, ChannelAdvisor, Feedonomics or similar).
• Knowledge of CSV/XML data formats, SFTP and attribute mapping logic.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to build a business case from data.

Responsibilities

• Own marketplace P&L across Amazon, eBay and Walmart; manage revenue, margin and contribution.
• Define channel strategy, assortments and marketplaces to enter next.
• Own integration layer, data feeds and listing quality end to end.
• Diagnose feed failures, miscategorization and Buy Box issues; resolve issues or guide others.
• Lead pricing, promotions, advertising and visibility strategies across channels.
• Oversee operations, compliance and account health; build SOPs and documentation.
