Job summary

STERRY seeks a marketplace Growth Manager to own the company’s presence and revenue performance across third-party marketplaces, primarily Amazon. You will drive strategy, operations, profitability, and growth of all marketplace channels.

The role includes managing Seller/Vendor Central health, optimizing listings and content, leading Amazon advertising, and coordinating with supply chain and finance for reconciliation and payouts. Join a fast-moving, global agency.

Qualifications

• Experience defining and executing marketplace channel strategy.
• Ability to manage revenue targets and margins across channels.
• Proven track record in Amazon operations and paid ads management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute marketplace channel strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify new marketplace opportunities and lead expansion into new platforms.
• Own revenue and margin targets for all marketplace channels.
• Manage Seller Central / Vendor Central health and performance metrics.
• Oversee listings, A+ content and brand store; lead Amazon advertising and manage spend.
• Handle logistics and inventory planning (FBA, IPI).
• Own listing optimization and pricing strategy.
• Manage marketplace P&L, track fees, ad spend, COGS and margin.
• Report key metrics (revenue, conversion, ACOS/TACOS, Buy Box).
• Lead small team and collaborate with supply chain and finance.
