Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to empower our rapidly scaling Marketplace Fulfillment business. You will own complex analyses, forecasting, and financial models that inform executive decisions, partnering with senior leaders to shape strategy and investments.

You’ll build scalable economics models, drive quotes, and ensure financial transparency across the organization in a highly visible, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of FP&A, strategy, or operations analytics in ecommerce/marketplace environments.
• Advanced analytics toolkit with SQL, Excel and Power BI; Snowflake experience.
• Proven builder of scalable economics models (quoting frameworks, cost-to-serve engines).
• Exceptional communicator able to translate analyses into clear narratives for executives.
• Owner’s mindset with collaboration to navigate ambiguity and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-deal financial analytics, right-to-win screens and unit economics at brand/SKU level.
• Model sell-through, cost-to-serve and variable retail profit across fulfillment paths.
• Design defensible, auditable cost-to-serve models and automate quotes.
• Compare quoted economics to actuals and refine models and playbooks.
• Provide end-to-end visibility by partnering across BD, Operations, Finance, Legal and Outbound.
