DoorDash USA is seeking an Associate to join the US Marketplace Finance & Strategy team to manage P&L reporting, planning, and investment management. You will translate performance into leadership-ready narratives and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with strategy, product, analytics, and finance partners to drive data-driven decisions, forecast long-range plans, and improve reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of strategic finance or related experience in a high-growth tech company.
• Ability to influence partners across the organization.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic SQL proficiency to manipulate data and derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L reporting, planning, and investment management.
• Translate performance data into leadership-ready narratives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, product, analytics, and finance.
• Evaluate requests and ensure investments reflect in plans.
• Support long-range planning and company forecasting.
• Automate and scale reporting and planning processes.
