Job summary
Grove Collaborative is seeking a hands-on Marketplace & Channels Operator to drive execution and performance across Amazon, QVC, iHerb, and emerging channels, with a focus on Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and reporting tools. You will partner with the Director of Marketplace & Retail Channels, agencies, brokers, and internal teams to move initiatives from plan to action.

Qualifications
- 2–4 years in marketplace, ecommerce, retail operations, catalog operations, or account support.
- Hands-on Amazon experience (Seller Central, Vendor Central, reporting tools).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel / Google Sheets).
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear next steps.
Responsibilities
- Maintain weekly reporting across Amazon, QVC, iHerb, and emerging channels.
- Own item setup and catalog updates across channels.
- Coordinate content, images, pricing, claims, and SKU/UPC data.
- Track agency/broker deliverables and support competitive tracking.
- Apply AI and automation to improve efficiency.
