Sunset Auto Wholesale is seeking a proactive sales prospecting specialist who hunts for vehicles online and initiates conversations with private owners. No automotive experience required, just strong communication and a drive to secure appointments for in-person appraisals.

You will source leads on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other platforms, build rapport, and move opportunities into the dealership pipeline to grow our inventory.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication across text and social media.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with strangers and sustain conversations.
• Comfort using CRM to track leads and follow-ups.

Responsabilités

• Search social media and online marketplaces for vehicles listed by private owners.
• Reach out via approved channels to start conversations and schedule appointments.
• Qualify sellers by asking about vehicle condition, mileage, ownership, and timeline.
• Set confirmed appointments for in-dealership appraisals.
• Maintain detailed notes and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Collaborate with management to identify desirable vehicles for acquisition.
