Job summary

eJam in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Marketing Web Developer to build high-converting landing pages, checkout flows, and Shopify experiences using AI tools while analyzing performance data. You\'ll own development from design to live testing and optimization.

You\'ll work on landing pages, funnels, Webflow builds, and Shopify customizations; collaborate with CRO and design teams; and rapidly prototype with AI to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0, or similar).
• Portfolio demonstrating clean, responsive web pages you\'ve built.
• Any conversion-focused or eCommerce work is a plus.
• Comfortable with responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Learning new platforms and tools quickly.
• Detail-oriented mindset for tracking implementation and QA.
• Hungry, self-starter mentality eager to learn and grow.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to be in-office 5 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Landing page & funnel development: build conversion-focused pages from Figma designs.
• Custom checkout pages and multi-step funnels using Checkout Champ.
• A/B test variants and rapid iteration cycles in a high-velocity testing environment.
• Webflow landing page builds and customizations.
• Data & marketing thinking: review funnel and campaign performance data with marketing.
• Tracking & analytics: place and verify tracking pixels (GA4, Meta, TikTok).
• Shopify storefront customization: theme mods and checkout enhancements.
• AI-assisted development: prototype pages with AI tools and iterate.
