Job summary

CSI Companies seeks a Marketing Web Developer to design, build, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites aligned with marketing goals. You will translate wireframes into high-performing pages while ensuring technical SEO, accessibility, and brand consistency across devices.

You collaborate with marketing, content, design, and vendors to evolve the digital presence, optimize performance, and support lead capture and attribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of front-end web development supporting marketing/lead generation.
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS.
• Knowledge of technical SEO including schema, redirects, canonical tags, XML sitemaps.
• Experience applying WCAG/ADA accessibility standards.
• Experience optimizing page speed and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and Search Console.
• Knowledge of domain management, DNS, SSL, hosting, and version control.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain responsive website pages and campaign landing pages.
• Build and manage CMS content aligned with brand, UX, and conversions.
• Implement and maintain technical SEO elements and audits.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design for launches and enhancements.
• Monitor and optimize page speed, mobile responsiveness, and site performance.
• Support CMS migrations, content migration, testing, and optimization.
• Manage domains, DNS, SSL, subdomains, hosting, and environments.
• Use GA, GTM, Search Console to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
• Integrate website with marketing automation, CRM, and ABM platforms.
