Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Typically requires 5 years of experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Drives the organizational adoption of the Marketing Competency Model.
• Leads the communication plan and channels in the roll out.
• Works with senior commercial leaders to ensure consistent messaging.
• Establishes metrics for adoption globally and locally.
• Ensures competency model is included in HR tools and systems.
• Contributes to launch and development of Marketing Excellence.
• Defines metrics for the marketing university and training programs.
• Gathers needs analysis to establish future training needs across proficiency levels.
• Owns design and development of certain eModule and ILT courses.
• Contributes to marketing innovation and best practices.
