Job summary

Vertex is seeking a Commercial Training Associate Director in Boston to join the Global Commercial Excellence team. You will contribute to the development of a marketing competency model, drive marketing excellence, change management initiatives, and innovation across a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities include adoption of the model, leading communications, aligning senior leaders, and building metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience driving systemic change in a large, matrixed organization.
• Proven track record partnering with functions and geographies to deliver results.
• Experience designing and delivering training and eLearning.
• Knowledge of marketing and commercial functions within pharma or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of the Marketing Competency Model globally and locally.
• Lead the communication plan for rollout and ensure consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align strategies and messaging.
• Develop and monitor metrics for successful adoption and university initiatives.
• Own design and development of eModules and instructor-led courses.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on best practices.
