Job summary

Vertex is seeking a Commercial Training Associate Director to join the Global Commercial Excellence team. You will contribute to developing a marketing competency model, advancing marketing excellence, and leading change management initiatives across a global, matrixed organization.

This role owns parts of eModule design and instructor-led training, partners with Learning and Development, and collaborates with internal thought leaders and vendors to translate best practices into actionable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field required.
5 years of experience in commercial/pharma marketing or related roles.

Responsibilities

Drive organizational adoption of the Marketing Competency Model.
Lead the communication plan for rollout and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate with senior commercial leaders to ensure consistent messaging and usage.
Establish and monitor metrics for global and local adoption.
Ensure integration of the competency model in HR tools and systems.
Contribute to Marketing Excellence initiatives and marketing university development.
Develop and monitor KPIs for programs and initiatives.
Build cross-functional relationships and influence across geographies.
