Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Marketing or Analytics degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties under supervision to gain knowledge in homeowner interface and real-world account management.
• Develop understanding of customers and market strategies to inform marketing tactics.
• Analyze data and recommend improvements to marketing approaches and processes.
• Participate in cross-functional training across line and staff functions.
• Support process improvement initiatives and learn new programs as needed.
