Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape MarTech strategy, and drive adoption of new tools and processes to enable personalized, data-driven campaigns. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in marketing strategy and technology, strong project leadership, and deep knowledge of MarTech including CDP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing strategy and technology.
• Experience with marketing technology platforms and customer data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Change Management (30%): Stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communication strategy, training and enablement, adoption and readiness management, resistance management, governance and reinforcement, benefits realization.
• MarTech Expertise (50%): Develop a marketing technology strategy, socialize its importance to leadership, activate MarTech across channels (email, SMS, social, search, programmatic), assess current stack and gaps, lead implementation and adoption, stay updated on industry trends.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Problem Solving (20%): Lead cross-department teams, collaborate across the enterprise, propose innovative solutions.
