Job summary

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Marketing Technical Support Specialist to assist dealership personnel across our network, including multiple brands. This on-site role is located in Meridian, Idaho, and requires Monday–Friday work hours at 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

You will handle support calls and emails, manage inventory and website issues, and create or follow up tickets while collaborating with the team to ensure timely resolutions and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• On-site work in Meridian, Idaho; not remote.
• Experience in automotive dealership support is a plus.
• Available for Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming support calls and emails.
• Provide inventory and website support.
• Resolve tickets via phone or create follow-up tickets.
• Identify inventory issues from DMS/IMS/CMS.
• Generate inventory reports.
• Perform Website QA testing and phone number QA.
• Conduct Website/Vendor Audits.

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Marketing Technical Support Specialist to collaborate with our team in the support of dealership personnel for our diverse group of car dealerships; including Acura, Audi, BMW, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Honda, Hyundai, INFINITI, Jeep, KIA, Lexus, Lincoln, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Porsche, RAM, Subaru, Toyota, and Volkswagen. This is not a remote position and requires on-site work in Meridian, Idaho.

Primary Responsibilities

• Handling incoming support calls, emails
• Inventory support
• Website support
• Solving support tickets over the phone or creating tickets for follow-up
• Identify and resolve inventory issues from DMS, IMS, and CMS
• Inventory reports
• Website Quality Assurance testing
• Phone number QA testing
• Website/Vendor Audits

The required work schedule is Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. We offer competitive hourly pay depending on experience.
