Job summary

Teleion in Seattle is seeking a Marketing Technical Project Manager who translates technical execution (APIs, integrations, CMS migrations) into well-scoped, end-to-end project plans. You will partner across technical and business stakeholders, own the full lifecycle beyond sprint cadence, and keep complex initiatives on track.

You will document status, manage risks, and coordinate across multiple teams, ensuring scope is realistic and timelines are credible.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience leading enterprise-scale technology transitions (CMS migrations, system integrations).
Ability to translate technical work into clear project plans and governance artifacts.
Comfort partnering technical delivery with business change management.

Responsibilities

Translate technical work (APIs, integrations, scoping) into actionable project plans.
Partner technical execution with business change management.
Serve as the central point of accountability and documentation for the team.
Coordinate across multiple, siloed functions to keep status aligned.
Proactively follow up on commitments to prevent delays.
Push back on scope when plans are over/under-engineered.
Support initiatives like CMS conversion work and organize execution steps.
