You will own end-to-end project view, drive CMS conversion work, API integrations, and stakeholder alignment, with a focus on delivering measurable marketing technology outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience translating technical execution into scoped project plans.
• Hands-on with large-scale enterprise technology transitions.
• Able to partner technical delivery with business change management.
• Strong documentation and accountability across silos.
• Confidently push back on scope or timelines.
• Experience with CMS migration mechanics and preserving SEO during platform moves.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical work into actionable, appropriately-scoped project plans.
• Partner technical execution with business change management.
• Serve as the central point of accountability and documentation for the team, tracking commitments and presenting a coherent status story.
• Coordinate across multiple, siloed functions and teams so status isn’t confined to one person.
• Proactively follow up on commitments to prevent delays.
• Push back on scope when a plan is over- or under-engineered, even without full technical depth.
• Support CMS conversion work and organize execution steps for overloaded product owners.
