Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience delivering technology solutions.
• Ability to lead project teams, drive end-to-end activities, mentor teammates.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts, SQL, data warehousing and reporting.
• Experience with big data concepts, data management, data analytics and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including algorithms and data structures.
• Fluency in English.
• Client-first mentality, intense work ethic, collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to shape and implement high quality technology solutions.
• Translate business problems into technical designs.
• Lead modules and workstreams within projects and contribute to hands-on implementation.
• Validate technical design with architects and ensure best practices.
• Support project delivery, including planning, staffing, and risk mitigation.
• Manage a diverse team and mentor junior members.
• Plan tasks and distribute work to meet project milestones with high-quality results.
• Contribute to deliverables such as business case development, solution vision, user requirements, and deployment plans.
