Job summary

ZS Associates is hiring a Business Technology Solutions Manager to lead Digital Customer Experience initiatives across the United States. The role emphasizes AI-driven content transformation, Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, and cross-functional leadership in Life Sciences and related industries.

You will drive new client engagements, manage delivery, and partner with analytics, marketing strategy, and offshore teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• 5+ years in a leadership role within Management Consulting / Marketing Agency Services (preferably both).

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Digital client engagements across Life Sciences and priority industries.
• Lead the implementation and system integration with Adobe Experience Cloud platforms including AEM Sites (DAM), AEM Sites (CMS), CDP, and Veeva PromoMats.
• Develop and commercialize innovative offerings in content transformation (micro-tagging, hyper-personalization) leveraging Generative AI.
• Work with cross-functional teams and offshore pods to drive delivery and growth.
