Job summary

McGuireWoods is seeking a Marketing Technology Coordinator to join its firm-wide marketing team in Richmond, VA or Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on formatting and distributing firm insights, legal alerts, announcements, and podcast publications, with responsibilities for maintaining related website content.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of email marketing and web content management experience and a strong eye for detail, plus familiarity with WordPress, CRM systems, and standard office

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience.
• BA or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the production and distribution of e-communications requests, including evites, announcements, and news alerts using the firm's email marketing platform.
• Assists with coordinating, managing, and updating data within the firm's CRM system to support email marketing and mailing list maintenance.
• Works with the firm’s business development team and other content administrators across the firm to ensure information and digital assets on external sites and platforms are accurate and current.
