Beyond maintaining existing systems, this individual will proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, strengthen internal communications, and enhance the effectiveness of the firm's marketing and business development efforts. They will collaborate closely with Marketing, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and continuously improve the firm's technology ecosystem in support of attorneys, employees, clients, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HubSpot records, lists, forms, landing pages, email campaigns, workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations.
  • Maintain and enhance the firm intranet, including content updates, employee resources, announcements, navigation, and user support.
  • Support data integrity, system integrations, and automated processes using APIs, webhooks, Power Automate, Zapier, and similar technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual work through automation.
  • CRM & Data Management
  • Maintain accurate contact, company, client, attorney, and practice data across marketing systems.
  • Monitor database quality, including duplicates, incomplete records, email deliverability, subscription preferences, and segmentation.
  • Manage data imports, exports, cleanup, mapping, synchronization, and audience segmentation for marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and IT to establish data governance standards and best practices.
  • Website & Digital Marketing
  • Maintain and update website content, attorney biographies, practice descriptions, publications, news, and event pages.
  • Support website forms, landing pages, SEO initiatives, and user experience improvements.
  • Assist with website integrations, analytics, and lead capture processes to support marketing objectives.
  • Email Marketing & Automation
  • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns through HubSpot.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows, nurture campaigns, and scalable email templates.
  • Manage subscription preferences, suppression lists, bounce handling, deliverability, and troubleshooting.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to measure marketing performance and engagement.
  • Track website, intranet, email, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
  • Analyze data across systems and provide actionable insights to Marketing and firm leadership.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and adoption of marketing and communication technologies.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Marketing, IT, HR, and other departments on technology initiatives.
  • Assist with system implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, training, and user support.
  • Collaborate on technology solutions that enhance marketing operations, communication, and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Approximately 2-5 years of experience working with marketing technology, CRM, digital marketing, marketing operations, intranet administration, or a related area.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot strongly preferred, particularly Marketing Hub, CRM administration, workflows, lists, automation, and reporting.
