Job summary

Howard Hanna Real Estate Services in the Southeast region seeks a Marketing Technology Specialist to support agents and branches by onboarding, training, and optimizing marketing tech usage to improve operations.

You will lead trainings on Success Systems and marketing campaigns, monitor usage dashboards, and coordinate outreach with Branch Leaders while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills. Travel between Southeast offices is expected.

Qualifications

Associate degree or 2–4 years of branch operations or real estate experience preferred.
Strong communication with managers, agents, and staff both in person and in writing.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Proactively onboard newly hired agents and set up initial technology.
Schedule and train groups and individuals on Howard Hanna Success Systems for marketing & technology.
Train on Howard Hanna marketing campaigns to promote the brand across branches.
Monitor branch application usage dashboards.
Coordinate agent outreach with the Branch Leader.
Meet weekly with Branch Leader(s) to review activity and office needs.
Respond to helpdesk inquiries.
Log training activities in Salesforce Time Log Entries.
