Howard Hanna Real Estate Services seeks a Marketing Technology Specialist to partner with the Sales Manager and support agents and branches in adopting marketing and technology tools. The role focuses on onboarding, training, and coordinating campaigns across Southeast Region offices.

You will train groups and individuals on Howard Hanna Success Systems, oversee marketing campaigns, monitor usage dashboards, and respond to helpdesk inquiries.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or 2–4 years of branch operations or real estate experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work well with a varied group of individuals while maintaining a positive and professional manner.
• Ability to communicate clearly with management, agents, and staff in writing and in person.
• Highly organized with multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt direction when situations warrant.
• Work independently without regular direct supervision.
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks efficiently and timely.
• Ability to present/demonstrate tools to promote effectiveness of our Real Estate business.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, CRM, and willingness to learn Howard Hanna Success System products.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite.

Title: Marketing Technology Specialist

Location: Various offices in our Southeast Region

Summary

The Marketing Technology Coordinator works closely with the Sales Manager to focus on certain agent and branch functions in order to provide necessary support to the agents and branch to create a more effective and efficient branch operation.

Essential Job Functions

• Proactively reach out to newly hired agents to introduce yourself, set up a first meet, and onboard technology
• Schedule, promote, and train both groups and one-on-one on Howard Hanna Success Systems for marketing & technology with the goal of increasing adoption across branches
• Schedule, promote, and train both groups and one-on-one on Howard Hanna marketing campaigns to promote the brand, including but not limited to
