Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an in-house Marketing Supervisor to oversee daily activities of the Marketing Team. You will assist in interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching associates, ensuring performance standards are met.

You will coordinate with sales on tour flow, manage reporting, and maintain marketing materials and compliance with company policies. A high school diploma and 2 years of marketing experience in vacation ownership are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years marketing experience in vacation ownership industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of marketing staff: interview, hire, train, manage performance.
• Run and prepare daily/weekly reports and status updates for deadlines.
• Coordinate with sales on tour seats and marketing programs changes.
