Job description

QSROnline seeks a strategic and hands-on Marketing Team Lead to own and execute our marketing sales process. In this role, you'll lead a small but growing team of contractors (website specialist, social media specialist, content specialist, and lead generation specialist) and work cross-functionally with our Sales team and Account Executives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and marketing support for our portfolio of restaurant clients.

This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a high-performing marketing engine inside a fast-growing SaaS company.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the marketing sales process from strategy to execution, aligning closely with the Sales team
  • Lead and delegate tasks to a team of contractors (website, social media, content, and lead gen specialists)
  • Personally execute key marketing activities when needed
  • Develop and manage content strategies to support brand positioning, clarify what services we provide to restaurants and overall sales enablement
  • Oversee digital advertising initiatives to increase lead volume and optimize conversion rates
  • Create and analyze marketing reports to track campaign performance, ROI, and funnel efficiency
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to support strategic accounts and brand-specific marketing campaigns
  • Help define and evolve the marketing tech stack as the company scales
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and customer-facing touchpoints
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, Restaurant Marketing, or related industries
  • Proven experience managing or leading a small marketing team
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, digital advertising, and performance analytics
  • Experience with the following tools/platforms is preferred:
  • Zoho CRM and Zoho email campaign workflows
  • Figma and Canva for visual asset creation
  • Mailchimp for email marketing
  • Asana Task Management Platform
