Job description

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Lead who will drive brand growth, execute high-impact PR strategies, and develop multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role requires a marketing professional with a strong background in software outsourcing, fintech, and product growth marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing and executing a strategic marketing vision that increases DashDevs market presence, strengthens its reputation, and generates high-quality leads.

DashDevs is a dynamic and fast-growing software engineering company specializing in fintech and proficiently leveraging several business models, including product and software outsourcing. Our expertise spans across financial services, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, healthcare, media & entertainment, logistics, automotive, and more. We help businesses scale through technology-driven solutions and innovative marketing strategies.

YOUR BACKGROUND
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, and PR within software outsourcing, fintech, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling marketing teams in a B2B environment.
  • Strong expertise in PR, brand positioning, and thought leadership development.
  • Experience in SEO, content marketing, performance marketing, and demand generation.
  • Ability to create and execute strategic marketing plans that align with sales objectives.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker etc.).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Experience with partner marketing, industry collaborations, content marketing in fintech and software outsourcing.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills that will be a plus:

  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance marketing within financial services
  • Previous experience working with influencer marketing and strategic partnerships
  • Content marketing and SEO
  • Background in data-driven marketing and A/B testing
Responsibilities
  • Enhance and execute a marketing strategy aligned with DashDevs business objectives, ensuring a data-driven and growth-oriented approach.
  • Leverage customer insights, market research, and analytics to refine targeting, positioning, and messaging strategies
  • Develop and execute a marketing plan for each marketing channel to generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads (including digital, social media, email, events, and content marketing)
  • Lead demand generation strategies, SEO, PPC, and inbound marketing efforts.
  • Oversee brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Develop performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor a growing marketing team to ensure effective execution of the strategy.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure a strong ROI across all campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, BDR, and Tech/Product teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Identify partnership opportunities and manage co-marketing collaborations with industry players as well as industry influencers and publishings.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies proactively.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technology tools (automation, analytics) to drive efficiency and performance.
  • Help represent DashDevs at industry conferences, networking events, and speaking engagements.
