Aufgaben

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant.
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team.
• Balance marketing responsibilities with scheduled operational shifts and responsibilities.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and restaurant initiatives.
• Work with Operations Leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are practical and successfully executed.
• Coordinate with the Social Media Content Creator on content, campaigns, and the social media calendar.
• Assist with email marketing, customer communications, and promotional outreach.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A brand standards and organizational guardrails across all marketing materials and communications.
• Identify and support sales opportunities, including catering, local businesses, schools, organizations, and events.
• Prospect within the community to identify potential partnerships and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, community organizations, and partners.
• Assist with planning and coordinating community events, promotions, and partnerships.
• Maintain organized records of marketing activities, contacts, prospects, and partnerships.
• Track marketing and sales initiatives and communicate results to leadership.
• Represent Chick-fil-A Newport Centre professionally within the community.

The Marketing Team Lead works closely with Operations, Catering, Community Engagement, Social Media, and restaurant leadership to create and execute marketing initiatives that support business goals while maintaining Chick-fil-A brand standards.
