Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking an Analyst, Talent Acquisition to join our North American team. You will partner with hiring teams and drive full‑lifecyle recruitment for Marketing roles, balancing strategic insight with hands‑on execution.

In this role you will source and screen candidates, manage candidate experiences, and collaborate with Sourcing, Onboarding, DE&I and Compensation teams to meet staffing metrics. Remote or hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Talent Acquisition with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years in lieu of degree).
  • Experience recruiting Marketing professionals and using ATS (Workday preferred).
  • Experience with social media sourcing and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Excellent communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Advise hiring teams on talent demand, trends, and market intelligence for staffing strategies.
  • Recruit for Marketing roles and support other skills as needed.
  • Host strategy meetings with hiring teams and collaborate across TA functions.
  • Source and screen applicants, manage dispositioning and requisition maintenance.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience and drive time-to-fill metrics.
  • Oversee onboarding and participate in special projects.

Payrate: $34.00 - $36.00/hr.

Summary: The North American Talent Acquisition team is seeking an Analyst, Talent Acquisition to join our diverse team of industry leading recruiters. The Analyst, Talent Acquisition will successfully collaborate with hiring team(s) and will play an essential role in driving overall company growth. This position will focus on recruiting for Marketing roles. As a part of the North America Regional Talent Acquisition team, you are on the front line of attracting industry talent that will impact the greater global organization. This role will perform full-lifecycle recruiting, while being a strategic partner in support of business functions.

Responsibilities
  • Serves as a trusted talent acquisition partner by advising hiring teams on talent demand, industry trends, and market intelligence forecast for talent in the development of staffing strategies
  • Focus on recruitment for Marketing roles, however flexible to recruit on other skills as hiring demand requires
  • Host successful strategy meetings with hiring team(s)
  • Partners successfully with cross‑functional TA (Talent Acquisition) Teams to include, but not limited to our Sourcing, Coordinating, Onboarding, DE&I, and Compensation teams
  • Attracts top marketing industry talent into the organization while acting as a culture ambassador
  • Source and screen applicants to provide a selection of qualified talent to the hiring team, as well as manage candidate dispositioning and regular requisition maintenance
  • Continuous interaction with hiring teams and candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Drives best‑in‑class recruitment process to help achieve key staffing metrics, to include Time to Fill and Time to Start
  • Administers and executes candidate onboarding process
  • Participates in Special projects as assigned, such as review and propose social media strategies, data management and analytics and branding
  • Prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment
  • Able to work in a remote and/or hybrid work environment
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience within Talent Acquisition, with a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience recruiting for marketing professionals
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday preferred
  • Prior utilization of social media outlets for sourcing efforts, to include job boards such as LinkedIn
  • Results oriented, self‑motivated, organized, and resourceful
  • Detail oriented with a proven track record of juggling multiple tasks and meeting various deadlines
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience implementing Talent Acquisition best practices
  • Prior recruiting experience within the Fin‑Tech industry
  • Team player with the ability to work virtually with global team‑members
  • Strong problem‑solving skills
  • Exceptional planning, organization, and project management skills
Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $34.00 - $36.00/hr. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full‑time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
