Home Energy Pros is seeking a results-driven marketing operations professional in Fort Wayne to own our CRM systems, lead gen programs, and paid media experiments. You will build scalable processes, optimize pipelines, and drive measurable appointment conversions for a growing home services business.

You will work directly with founders to turn data into action, scale Meta ads and direct mail, and maintain clean data while pushing for higher lead-to-sale conversion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing operations, CRM management, or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation.
• Track record in direct-response or high-volume sales environments (home services or similar).
• Comfort with data and building dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own GoHighLevel pipelines, automations, tagging, and reporting.
• Launch and manage a 10,000+ contact reactivation campaign.
• Run and scale paid lead gen through Meta ads and direct mail.
• Build follow-up systems (SMS, email, voicemail) to convert leads to appointments and sales.
• Report on lead volume, sit rate, and cost per acquisition.
• Maintain clean data and ensure compliance (DNC, dedup).
