Home Energy Pros in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Marketing Director to own our end-to-end marketing strategy across current markets and new expansions. You will lead lead generation, brand positioning, CRM systems, and campaign performance, working directly with ownership to build a scalable growth engine.

You’ll manage a small marketing team, optimize direct mail and paid social campaigns, and build repeatable playbooks for launches in Columbus and other markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing with 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation.
• Direct mail and/or paid social campaign management experience.
• Ability to analyze data-driven campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy across current and expansion markets (IN, MD/VA, Columbus).
• Lead generation via direct mail and paid social channels.
• Oversee CRM strategy, automation, and reporting.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team.
• Analyze campaigns to optimize spend and messaging.
• Collaborate with sales to align marketing and canvassing capacity.
