Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related business tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing deliverables across campaigns, channels, and events.
• Support supplier marketing obligations for print, digital, promotional, and trade shows.
• Brainstorm campaign ideas and translate objectives into deliverables.
• Develop on-brand copy, creative assets, advertisements, and materials with internal teams.
• Review content for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across channels.
• Assist with brochures, flyers, signage, handbooks, mailers, presentations, and other campaign materials.
• Support Marketing Specialists, Marketing Managers, Category Management, suppliers, and other marketing areas as assigned.

About the Role

As a Marketing Support Specialist, you will coordinate marketing deliverables, support supplier obligations, maintain content accuracy, and help ensure Keystone's brand is presented consistently across communication channels.

What You'll Do

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and executing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, events, and promotions
• Support supplier marketing obligations tied to print, digital, promotional, and trade show activity
• Brainstorm campaign ideas and help translate objectives into creative deliverables
• Partner with internal teams to develop on-brand copy, creative assets, advertisements, and marketing materials
• Review content for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across communication channels
• Assist with brochures, flyers, signage, handbooks, mailers, presentations, and other campaign materials
• Support Marketing Specialists, Marketing Managers, Category Management, suppliers, and other marketing areas as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with teams and present information clearly
• Ability to collaborate with a team while executing tasks independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automotive, RV, marine, and/or towing products, uses, and markets
• Experience with social media, campaign performance, or data-driven marketing
