Neighborly is seeking a Marketing Support Manager to lead the Marketing Support team and oversee daily delivery of services across Neighborly brands. You will coach a team, manage workload, monitor performance, and drive improvements to ensure consistent, scalable support.

• Monitor support requests, service trends, and operational performance to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and support documentation to ensure consistency and scalability
• Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve operational processes that enhance team productivity and service quality
