This role partners with Sales, Product, and regional/global teams to drive growth and build scalable frameworks, tools, and processes within Marketing.

Based in Visa’s San Francisco office, the candidate will own strategic workstreams, set OKRs/KPIs, and lead cross-functional initiatives with strong data insights, while advancing AI pilots

Qualifications

• Strong command of financial, market and consumer data with ability to distill complex issues.
• Excellent written and oral communication; executive presentation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategy and operations initiatives.
• Proven project and program management in multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine marketing strategy for NA region (US & Canada).
• Design and manage cohesive operating plan aligned to 2030 Strategy.
• Produce executive updates with impacts, risks and asks.
