Qualifications

• Experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, growth management, commercial strategy, sales operations, or market research.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with careful attention to analytical clarity and presentation quality.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, including comfort working with campaign reports, dashboards, research data, and business cases.
• Ability to review and create visually effective business content and presentations.
• Experience creating rubrics, qualitative feedback frameworks, or evaluation methods is a plus.
• Proficiency with marketing, analytics, or business intelligence tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Relevant backgrounds include Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Sales Operations Manager, Commercial Strategy Manager, and Market Research Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess marketing and sales strategy presentations, campaign-performance reports, and commercial planning materials.
• Create detailed scoring rubrics and feedback frameworks to evaluate marketing, sales, and related business content.
• Analyze market research, customer insights, campaign data, and business cases to identify trends, growth opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Develop actionable, data-informed recommendations to strengthen marketing strategies and commercial tactics.
• Prepare concise, visually engaging presentations and summaries that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Review and refine dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical reports for business relevance and usability.
• Provide domain expertise that supports the training and evaluation of AI-powered business tools.
