Job summary

Loop AI in New York seeks a Delivery strategist in the Strategy & Operations charter to steward value for enterprise customers, optimizing metrics like time to value, engagement, and outcomes for the TruROI marketing product.

You will collaborate across Sales, Product Operations, Product & Customer Success to own the implementation and business roadmap, delivering end-to-end value and strong outcomes for customers at scale.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in a marketing role in D2C/ECG/restaurant industries.
• Growth marketing across lifecycle: acquisition, retention, reactivation.
• Strong sales sensibility and ability to sell ideas or projects.
• Ability to break complex problems into processes and build systems.

Responsibilities

• Own key customer value metrics and drive outcomes for Loop's marketing product TruROI.
• Build playbooks for sales and customer support functions.
• Oversee internal analytics, product surfaces, content, and communications to ensure value delivery.
• Monitor and improve agentic workflows, prompts, and templates for customers.
• Collaborate with GTM/Customer Success to align on implementation and roadmaps.
